Canadian Citizenship
To apply for Citizenship, you must have stayed in Canada for a minimum of four out of the last six years prior to applying. You must also demonstrate competence of the official language as candidates between the ages of 18-65 will be tested.
Entrepreneurship
Our office specializes in the B.C. Entrepreneurship program. Potential applicants must meet several requirements including; minimum net worth, management experience, and job creation.
Family Sponsorship
We help citizens and permanent residents of Canada sponsor eligible family members. Applications are available for spousal, children, parents and grandparents. Spouses can be sponsored form inside or outside Canada.
Start-up Visa
Investors provide funds to the Canadian government to acquire permanent residence status. Potential applicants must meet management history and minimum net worth requirements.
Super Visa
The Canadian Super-visa is for parents and grandparents; unlike multiple entry visas, family members can stay for up to two years at a time. Individuals that wish to apply for this visa for their parents or grandparents must meet income requirements that depend on their family size.
Permanent Resident
If you are interested in renewing your Permanent Residency, please note that you must have stayed in Canada for two out of the last five years. Our office can process your PR renewal urgently if you have a trip in the near future.
Refugee Appeals
If you have received a negative refugee decision for a Refugee Claim, you may be able to apply for the Appeals Process. This is a process in which, those who disagree with the decision made on their initial Refugee Claim can approach, if they would still like to further pursue Refugee Status.
Skilled Workers
To apply to the Skilled Worker Program, you must work in an occupation that requires a specific skill set. You must also be able to prove that you have at least one year of work experience in this skilled labour position.
Students
We offer two options for student visas:
- For students who have been accepted to an approved institution
- For students who would like us to find them a school in their program of interest
