Tackle complex business questions using a combination of research and consulting to define the best strategy for growth. Stage two, following the feasibility analysis portion of our services, goes into more in-depth market research. It’s at this point where we gather full industry reports, as well as primary data (depending on clients needs and budget), to prepare us for the written portions of your business plan. This is similar to stage one (feasibility), in the sense that we gather data to adjust business claims and better position the company in its chosen market. However, in addition to this data we are also looking for information to help with items such as,
-
- product pricing
- promotional strategy
- legal requirements
- exact equipment costs and suppliers
- buying criteria and process etc.
Here we will also gather any additional information needed to address any issues found in feasibility. If your product or service is found to have any further issues, we will consult you as such before moving on to adjust your business plan. See the Market Analysis section of the business plan outline below for more examples of what is included in this section.
